My S/O can't use scripts or routines, only entities, using Google Assistant, but I can

I can use Google Assistant for all of my lights, routines in Google Assistant, my automations, and my scripts. I have Home Assistant Supervised on a PC/Debian 11, and Nabu Casa. We each have our own logins for HA and Google Home. We share the Google Home, and everything that shows up for me in Google home and Google Assistant also shows up for him.

He can say “Hey Google, turn on Kitchen light” and it turns on.

If he says “Hey Google, turn on Outside Dogs” (a script), the speaker says: “Sorry, I couldn’t reach the Home Assistant Cloud”.

If he says “Hey Google, turn on Dogs Out” (A Google Assistant routine which I set up to turn on that script. The routine is set up in my phone, and when that didn’t work, we set it up in his phone) the speaker says “sorry, it looks like the home assistant cloud by nabu casa is unavailable right now”

We have a bunch of scripts and automations and to say he’s getting frustrated is an understatement.

If anyone has advice - that’d be much appreciated.

Have you tried to make sure everything is assigned to a room that you want your partner to control?

I think I have a similar issue and that’s my next troubleshooting step.

In my research - I did see something about assigning scenes to rooms, but that’s not applicable, I don’t think.

All of my entities are assigned to rooms for us both.

I don’t see a way to assign scripts or automations to a room, however.
