I’ve got a couple of lovelace “picture-elements” who’s picture is large enough to need scrolling on my Chrome browser. Since the upgrade today, they no longer scroll. Other pages that are not “picture-elements” scroll just fine.
two or three updates later stil nothing was done to correct this behaviour… are really we the only ones with this problem? It’s very frustrated… half of my tablets are crippled because of this…
On github i read something about “body scroll”— whatever that is…?
If you would take the time to follow the issue, you would know, that it is planned for the next release. The solution did not make it to the last one by 4 hours delay…
Hm…no, i guess i wouldn’t…i’m not very domestic with github and it’s complicated flow…
but, if it’s being done, then it’s ok… the main reason i was asking is beacuse very little guys reported this problem, so i began to think that it’s not a “global” problem, but anything on my HA installation… (it wouldnt’ be the first, that’s for sure…)
Or, maybe it’s just that so few people actually use full-screen picture elements…
It’s even else - the problem hits a lot of people, but in different ways. So, our issue looks small, but there are other issues related to the same piece of code, which were reported too. That is our luck in the misery
Just for info… 2023.4.5 came, but this hasn’t changed… at least for me it ain’t… can anyone confirm that it’s not been solved? So that i can start looking for error on my HA installation if this was addressed… (but if i understand correctly it’s not mentioned in changelog)
…and that’s exactly why this is very odd… don’t you think? If so many others have similar issue this should be addressed in two weeks period, correct? I can’t control half of my house because of that. So now i should change my lovelace boards, or…?
My frustration comes from the fact that lately “funny” choices are made in HA… like esphome bombing with messages, sql changes without any serious warning, change which caused half of addons to stop working, etc… and noone in HA house seem to care too much…or is it?
