Just thought I’d share my experience here. Managed to get myself banned from MyQ’s facebook page (can’t even see its existence) for the sin of asking why they blocked Home Assistant from accessing, and then not being Ok with a non specific form letter type response. What a wonderful company.

They did not ban anything. This is fake news.
The integration was not sending the right user agent. The fix was found and there has been a work around posted until it reaches release.

This is the first time the MyQ integration has given me any tro… uble, and it started shortly after I opened the garage door today. I closed it 30 minutes later, but Home Assistant never received that notification.
This is what I see repeating in the log:

I should have typed block. They did not block anything. People starting rumours and then others taking that as fact is what led him to make false allegations. That’s why they banned him.
