MySensors Persistance file

Hi Guys,

I have just added added mysenors to HA and i’m having trouble getting the persistent file sorted. I get the following error in my log file:

17-02-02 20:57:45 WARNING (Thread-7) [mysensors.mysensors] File does not exist or is not readable: /home/homeassistant/.homeassistant/mysensors1.pickle
17-02-02 20:57:45 WARNING (Thread-7) [mysensors.mysensors] Trying backup file: /home/homeassistant/.homeassistant/mysensors1.pickle.bak
17-02-02 20:57:45 WARNING (Thread-7) [mysensors.mysensors] File does not exist or is not readable: /home/homeassistant/.homeassistant/mysensors1.pickle.bak
17-02-02 20:57:45 WARNING (Thread-7) [mysensors.mysensors] Failed to load sensors from file: /home/homeassistant/.homeassistant/mysensors1.pickle
17-02-02 20:57:47

I am using the latest verison all in one installer on a RP3. I thought the HA created the persistent file automatically?? Can someone point me in the right direction with this issue? Thanks

The persistence file will be created when a sensor is added. So until then you will always get this warning when starting home assistant. Ie most often it is normal behavior.

Thanks, I eventually worked it out.
