Nabu Casa asks to use Authenticator app. What is it and how?

I’m currently far from home/ HA server. I have got a paid account with Nabu Casa.
The access via HA app on my phone works flawless.
However, when I try to reach the HA via a browser on my MacBook, i got the following message

I have clue what app (I guess the Google one?). Do I have to open it on MacBook or I can do it from my phone? Can I do it remotely or I have to be on the local/HA network?
What does Home Assistant Local mean?

This is a guess, but I believe the Microsoft app is called authenticator.
I believe I use that for my work.

When you created your Nabu Casa account, it appears you enabled 2-factor authentication (which is a good thing!) You probably used the Google Authenticator App on your phone to do so, since you mention that you already have it. Thus, simply open up the Google Authenticator and get the code for Nabu Casa, and then type it in when prompted.

Microsoft and Google call their app with the same name Authenticator
It’s so confusing
I tried to put the codes from Microsoft and Google apps from my phone.
It doesn’t help.
Any other suggestions?

You’re going to probably have to reach out to Nabu Casa support.

(Solved, Thanks to Nabu Casa superb support) As I have got a new phone, I had to deactivate 2FA on HA to be able to login to HA remotely.
As soon as I’m again on my local network, I will reactivate 2FA .
