I have two home assistants in two properties, at this point each has a different email address as the service currently supports only one HA, this works however google home will only allow you to add one connection to Naba Casa as such you cant use google in the second location.
could you add an ID field or something to enable two connectors in the google home app this gets around HA not supporting two homes.
