Nabu Casa Disconnected (Active User with no issues for several months)

Prerequisites: Hass.io v92.1 on Pi 3b+

I have been running home assistant with Nabu Casa without issue for several months and yesterday, possibly a day or two sooner, it has disconnected. I do not use it for remote access, but it has stopped my ability to use google homes for commands.

Looking at the Home Assistant Cloud page through the front end shows me as an active user, but shows a disconnected status. Going to the Nabu Casa website and logging in also shows me as an active user with a renewal on the 30th of next month.

I have searched for other topics and see a few that were solved with a restart of HA, but this did not work for me. I did both a restart from the frontend and a manual hard reset by unplugging and plugging back in. I have also tried to sign out and sign back in both while HA was running and then signing out before a restart and then signing back in after.

I saw a thread where removing the .cloud folder would renew the certificates (Let's Encrypt certificate expiration) and gave that a shot to no avail.

I am hoping that someone else has had this issue and can lend some guidance because I cannot seem to get Nabu Casa reconnected.

Thanks in advance for any assitance.

I meant to add that I checked my log and I do not see anything related to Nabu Casa.

I Do have Problems with NABU Casa as well. The access fails with “instance not available”. And that over night. As I"m not able to restart and look if that helps I moved back to duckdns which I wanted to get rid of. But it seems, that NABU Casa is Not stable. Its the second time that it stop working over night
