Try going to the “manage entities” link from the Google Assistant card, and using the icon in the upper right corner set all domains to off. Then try to link the Nabu Casa service in the Google Home app.
Hi All I’m having the same issue. Home assistant by nabu case in google home is not working and sending an error message when trying to sync. Please help. Many thanks.
1/ I have tried on Iso and Android app
2/ I have reduced the number of domaines and entities to sync up to 1
I Guess I won’t get any reply to my post as this is in most cases followed by only new commers to HA and I can understand that people who have already Synchronized their HA with google will not undo the process just to test if they are also having the same issue. Anyway, in my case after trying for 24h, I finally found a solution that worked to me, so I’ll share it here just in case if it can help someone else.
I went through the elimination process of all “MANAGED DOMAINES”, and finally I only left one activated “Binary sensor” and in my case I had one activated (this sensor was a scene coming directly from Tuya). Then I did again the sync process in Google home and luckily, I got synced. Once I was synced with this sensor, I went back to HA → Home Assistant Cloud → Google Assistant and switched on one by one the remaining domains and each time I’ve clicked on “SYNC ENTITIES TO GOOGLE”. At the end of this process all my equipment’s were synced and worked fine with google. I Hope this will help you. If a future user has the same issue please be free to a put the question here and maybe I can help.
