Back for me too, after signing out and in… I agree. A status page, some communication would be good. Maybe they will evolve to that.
Shows connected but devices still aren’t syncing to cloud (Google Assistant).
Alexa all good now. Had to restart HA.
I posted this same issue on another thread.
Log out of cloud account, log back in and that should fix it. It did for me.
Then go to the alexa site and rediscover your devices.
I didn’t have to rediscover. I also received a reply from Nabu Casa Support and they said they had a race condition between expiring and processing payments. They say they will fix before next month’s due payment.
Better support than I ever got from SmartThings cloud!
I got the same reply to my support ticket too.
I was impressed with how fast they got back to me.
Signing out of my account from in hassio then signing back in fixed my issues.
Never fixed for me, I contacted them and they said payment failed. Even though payment was processed at 16oct. I now have to cancel and re setup subscription and then they can check if it works…
Does anyone has this problem now? Since Yesterday i am suffering the Same issues…
Logout, Login and reboot of HA does not work. I opened a ticket at nabu casa but i am a little upset: I use this cloud to intergrate the Google assistant in my automation world, so i expect that it works all the time.
Mine is working fine here.
Mine is working fine as well. No problems since the initial renewal hiccup.
