Nabu Casa - unable to connect since a few weeks

Since a few weeks I have intermittent issues with the companion app and nabu casa. It always works locally (wifi) but after a while when I swith to cellular I get the following message:


Then when I click on the link, login to nabu casa and click connect:

All is fine.

But then after a while it happens over again.

I do not know what causes or can cause this.

Is this something only me experiencing? Is this known behaviour and can it be solved?

I get the exact same behavior and today I can’t connect to the external address no matter what I do. It even fails after clicking Connect from the Nabu Casa account page.

Of course after I replied I got it working again by turning off and back on the connection toggle. We’ll see if this fixes the issue of having to reconnect from the account or not.
