Sounds like you didn’t set up the cloud properly. What are your network settings in settings → system → network?
Is there a particular setting in that section?
There’s a few, specifically what your internal/external endpoints are.
I do also get this error in my logs when I try to login via nabu casa url from outside my network

Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page when outside your network.
I am having this same issue. I was using it a few months ago, no problems whatsoever.
Paid the subscription yesterday. Was able to access it, no issues.
Last night my partner had issues accessing it remotely, but worked intermittently.
Now today, I can’t access at all. Nor can she. I’ve also tried multiple laptops. Everything seems fine on the unit.
I’m wondering if there is an issue with Nabu itself, because even the account page took a while to load?
I’ve tried all the suggestions in this thread.
Still having the issue, cleared cache.
A few other notes, I had to resetup HA due to a boneheaded mistake that caused me to delete everything. But I don’t think that should matter. The IP address changed from the original setup, but I changed it back. I just disabled IPV6, but that doesn’t seem to have any effect.
I also noticed that I can connect using the nabu casa url, even if I use my cellphone network connection.
Another issue is that I cant get the nest integration configured, it gives me an “Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch” error at the end of the configuration on the google site, and I wonder if it is related because I believe it also uses the nabu casa url.
Is there any resolution to this? I’ve had Nabu Casa for 6 months now and have yet to be able to access from outside the network on a browser. Companion app works just fine. Nabu Casa webpage shows as connected but I get the “Unable to connect to Home Assistant” message like everyone else.
