I have activated and logged into Nabu. It says under the Home assistant cloud menu that I am connected. I am also logged into it on the app on my phone, however I cannot connect to HA unless i am connected to wifi. Any ideas?
In the app on your phone, what is the HomeAssistant URL: Menu > App Configuration > HomeAssistant URL
You want to know the numbers?
No - what you need to do is ensure that the Home Assistant URL is your Nabu Casa URL (looks something like https://bigoldhonkinurl.ui.nabu.casa/) and not a numeric representing your internal HA IP address.
THAT should go under the Internal Connection URL (listed just below Home Assistant URL)

You should be able to use the ip address for the internal URL.
