Recently I’ve been testing my remote access and I found something weird. When I disable remote access in my home assistant configuration, I cannot access directly through my standard web link (that one with a long address that the cloud config page provides). But if I login through Nabu Casa and hit the remote UI portal link (https://remote.nabucasa.com), the remote control in my Home Assistant configuration automatically turns on and it gives me full access.
Can anyone confirm if it is a general feature or if it’s just that there’s something wrong with my installation?
I’m pretty sure that’s the way it’s supposed to work.
does that mean that if you turn on remote control you are not able to turn it off again?
