will be located in Turkey. But since i am working in BT business as an IT Manager, i guess(wish) i can help you remotely. Or vizit Turkey !! Heyy :). Honestly my plans can change and open the hotel in europe but both ways i should figure it out and make a plan for smart rooms.
It sounds interesting but for that it is much better to go in person since although we can do everything or most of the things remotely, personal assistance will also be needed
