Hi there — would greatly appreciate any help identifying what’s causing my scroll to break on iOS.
I’m unable to pull down to refresh and when scrolling pages, it’s a hard stop when reaching the top/bottom instead of the standard overflow / bounce effect. This includes in the companion app, safari, and chrome.
Strangely, it works perfectly fine if I’m navigating automations / integrations, but NOT dev tools etc.
I use quite a bit of custom cards but have tried removing / disabling what I considered most likely culprits (browser mod, card mod, swipe cards, all themes) without any success.
If anyone has experienced anything similar or has any further ideas on troubleshooting, I would greatly greatly appreciate it!
Adding that when rebooting into safe mode — it works as intended, which confirms (what might have been obvious) that it is a custom component acting up.
Which then changes my question slightly, maybe, to ask if anyone has experienced something similar and was able to identify the cause, or if you maybe have suggestions on how to diagnose without uninstalling everything one by one.
Disable (don’t uninstall) half your custom integrations
If the problem goes away, then your issue is somewhere in the 50% of integrations you disabled. If it doesn’t it’s somewhere in the 50% of integrations you didn’t disable.
Identify which half is affected, then disable half of that & re-enable the other half (so 25% of the original).
Repeat the steps above until you end up with only 2 possible integrations.
Do it 1 last time & you found your culprit.
Assuming you have 20 custom integrations, you should be able to identify the cause in 4 steps (or 5 if you’re unlucky).
