Need help fixing Insteon :-(

I will not bore everyone with what has gotten me to this point. Basically, my Insteon integration does not work.

Today,

  1. I did a factory reset on each Insteon device.
  2. I did a factory reset on the PLM.
  3. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Insteon integration.
  4. All my devices appeared.

When I go to a device and try to turn it off or turn it on… I flip the switch in the UI and after a couple of seconds it flips back.

Any ideas on how to move forward?
