Hello,
I would like to ask you for help regarding remote controls on iPhone via the small remote control widget, the same one that allows us to control our Apple TV.
I configured my android TV and my freebox player with andorid tv remote to be able to use my remote control on my iPhone using homekit bridge, but I encountered the following problem:
The only control that works on my iPhone remote control is the volume, I cannot move through the menus from the iPhone using the left right up down button and ok.
When I call the remote_send_command service and I put for example “Home” home assistant understands the request.
So my question is, how do I get the remote to work 100% on my iPhone? Do I have to add commands manually to my remote entity?
