Need help on choosing parts for Boiler Cascade system to Control Master/Slave boilers (2)

Firstly, many thanks for even taking a look at this,

I’m in the process of designing the system to control two boilers one of which will be powered by burning oil. The other is an electric overnight storage boiler.

Electric storage boiler has a defined amount of heat that the unit can dispense during the day after a charge period overnight.

The oil boiler will be employed to do the heavy lifting in the morning, and once the system has got to a set point/time it will :-

A. handover to the electric boiler to dispense its heat throughout the rest of the day until it spent (when its pump stops) hand back to oil until an external time switch switches off.

B. ( options for later devolvement ) after an input of cheap/free/Solar electricity from the grid - cheap tariff /battery storage, the system will recommence heating from electricity heating from oil boiler heating.

Im envisioning controlling three pumps (3amps max) and two boilers (3amps max) with six heat sensors (10k).

Therefore my thinking is I’m in need of a development system to enable me to take high-voltage inputs into an ESP programmable device and switch high-voltage outputs to run pumps/ boiler inputs etc.

I need availability of temperature stat inputs, also to monitor the flow and return temperatures within the system.

If my thinking is correct, up to isolators is where the high voltage to low-voltage inputs are required like these ali-express link

I’ve been looking at ESB-based plc style programming boards due to the cost and availability should the inevitable happen and I blown them to bits…

this Din Rail Style form factor would be best for me Ali-Express link

Many Thanks again

Anyone got any advice ?

much appreciated
