Need Help Removing Duplicate Z-Wave JS

I had been having some issues with my Z-Wave network and decided to upgrade to a better USB Z-Wave stick, however when I replaced the USB stick Home Assistant now shows two Z-Wave JS Integrations

I can click either one and it takes me to the same Z-Wave Network. I’m sure whatever is creating two instances probably isn’t helping me, but I don’t know where to go to fix the problem.

The new stick is an Aeotech Gen5 Plus, I don’t think that matters, but added it in case it does.

click on one of the integrations and in the three dot menu select delete.

If you don’t know which is the right one the delete both and then add the right one back in.

I did that and rebooted the system, when it came back the duplicate network was gone.

All of the devices came back, but with everything disabled. To fix them I had to re-enable them, and then re-interview the device. Did I pick the wrong Z-wave network to delete, or would this have happened either way? It’s not a big deal to fix, but man I have had terrible luck with my Z-Wave Network.

I would expect that all of the entity_id’s would have reverted to the default values but I wouldn’t have expected them all to be disabled.

Either way it sounds like you might be on the right track now and a little bit more work and hopefully everything should be smooth sailing after that.
