Need help with a device that does not display the temperature (I cannot cope with the solution)

I have a temperature sensor, unfortunately the temperature is always displayed there as “unknown”.

HI ! I connect via zigbee ( usb dongle zigbee ) Tuya Zigbee 3.0 Temperature And Humidity Sensor with lcd, and luminous intensity sensor. ( model : TS0201 by _TZ3000_qaaysllp ) I see illuminance and power, but not see temperature and hum. Entity ID : sensor.tz3000_qaaysllp_ts0201_illuminance sensor.tz3000_qaaysllp_ts0201_power… What should I do to see temp. and hum. ? If i add this device to tuya, i see her in tuya app. and iot.tuya, but not view in HA Tuya Devices… Why? Thankyou for help!

Since my English is bad and I am a beginner, I do not understand the solution.
Can somebody help me with it?

I have read some threads about that device, the consensus seems to be to throw it in the waste bin. If you connect it to a tuya hub, disconnect from the app, it will pair and work for a few days. Then: repeat.

n zu bestehen, es in den Mülleimer zu werfen. Wenn Sie es mit einem Tuya-Hub verbinden, trennen Sie es von der App, es wird gepaart und funktioniert einige Tage lang. Dann: wiederholen.
