Need some help - can't get insteon_plm working

been trying to get my insteon USB PLM working for a week now and making no progress. The PLM works fine when connected to it’s previous system (altsteon for vera). i get an initial error, then some more after time (maybe insteon messages?). here’s what i get (hastebin is being weird for me today)

figured it out - Altsteon dosen’t populate the ALDB, it adds the devices at startup each time. once i had some stuff in the ALDB it came right up.
