Need to re-configure HACS integration for Vivint

I recently switched internet providers which has broken a log of my configurations. I tried to reauthenticate my integration for Vivint, which uses MFA

I tried using the codes sent to my phone, but it kept saying that the code needed to be in regedit format, so I set up the app on my phone to use an authentication app, however the interface between Home Assistant and the Vivint panel doesn’t seem to be fast enough, because I keep getting timeout errors.

I’d like to start over and configure everything for my alternate email address, but I’m not sure where the settings for this in the custom inregration are, or if I just simply start from scratch

any insight anyone could provide would be appreciated.

Switching internet providers should not cause integrations to fail. Something else is going on.

both my broadlink and vivint integrations have stopped working. My old router uses 10.0.0.x and my new router uses 192.168.0.1. both accounts were tried to my old email address which no longer works so I changed both to [email protected]

I think i may have already set up vivint to send MFA requests to my ‘new’ emil address because i do get security notices…

edit:my vivint code is being sent to the correct email address, but when I enter it in on the HA it says something along the lines of’ invalid code must be in Regex “\^d{6}$” ’

i made sure my new router has the same ssid as my old one, so the rmpro connects fine to my new router

You can change this.
