I am using Companion App on my Android phone. Each time I logout and login, I need to reconfigure the sensors and give a name.
Any idea why this happens?
May I ask why you are logging out and in often? You should remain logged in to get notifications and so on.
server data is removed when you log out, there is no preventing that.
@fleskefjes in my case, I’m checking the app for admin and non admin user so I have to switch account.
I’m not sure what do you refer by serve data, but why for example I need to reenter the device name after I’ve changed it?
If someone by mistake logout, does he ned to rename device and also to enable / disable again all sensors? that doesn’t make sense
