Need to start SAMBA every day

Hello everybody,
every day when I want to change something to configuration file I need to restart SAMBA in order to access the older over SMB. This is despite that I have “Start on boot” , the “Watchdog” and “Autoupdate” have switch on.
This is what I configured

workgroup: WORKGROUP
username: robin
password: XYZZY
allow_hosts:
  - 192.168.178.0/24
veto_files:
  - ._*
  - .DS_Store
  - Thumbs.db
  - icon?
  - .Trashes
compatibility_mode: false

The same applies to the DuckDNS- , ESPhome- and FileEditor Add-On.
Where should I look for clues?

I am running core-2021.12.4, supervisor-2021.12.2, Home Assistant OS 7.0 on a RPI4/8GB on a fixed Ethernet .

Logs. Logs.

I presume you do not mean the Logbook but other logs.
What I found is Configuration → Settings → Logs → LoadFullHomeAssistantLog
But here are no clues for SMB daemons or the like.

No, the logs in the addon setup. Where you start/stop the addon there is a tab with logs.

So I started over and it does not disappear, yet the log looks like this:
