I installed a power socket, it is node11 on my z-wave network.
Ican ping it, all tests good normal, but from the devices interface switch, i cannot have it switch on our off 
after a lot of hassling, I removed the node.
af first even that did not work (HA: but it pings allright!) I first deleted the device from the dashboard, then the exclusion worked at its 3rd attempt…
then i started from zero to include - and tralaaaa it works now.
