Nest Camera Motion Detection

In my Wink app there is a robot to do something if my camera senses motion. Is there any way to do the same thing with Home Assistant?

Hi,
You can detect motion and trigger an action but the response is very intermittent.
I have a security light setup in this way and it is very hit and miss.
