Since September I’ve been trying to get my Nest thermostat set up to communicate with Hassio. Each time I try to get things set up per the Nest component docs and go to the developers.nest.com I am greeted with the banner that says that they are upgrading their systems and are not accepting new client reviews. I assume that I’m in the right place but wanted to make sure that I wasn’t looking in the wrong area.

Same here. I just bought a NEST and trashed my Honeywell Lyric because the integration with HA sucked…
Click CONSOLE in the top right and you can make an account.
When I click Console I am taken to the Create New OAuth Client screen. I already have an account to access my Nest thermostat as a user. Is this the same?
Never mind. Thank you again. It worked. I just wasn’t going far enough. (TWSS)

I am stuck too. Have an account but get no further that the OAuth.

Hmmmm…I’m trying to remember what I did to finally get there. I’m so sorry but now that I have an account I don’t remember what I had to do. But I did go in and create a new account and was given the next step as I would expect. I didn’t go any further but it seemed to be progressing. Sorry I can’t be much help.
