Nest on NUC Won't Validate

I’m running hassio in Docker on Ubuntu on an Intel NUC, and I am having issues with connecting to Nest. I have my client_id and my client_secret in my configuration. But when I go to configure my nest from the integrations page, I get an “Internal error validating code.” This is what appears in the log

I’m also having issues with my MQTT, WUnderground, Telegram, basically anything where Home Assistant has to talk to something that’s not itself. But the Nest is the instance where I can get the clearest log. Is there a way I’m supposed to open ports on Docker or something that I’m missing?

Can the Docker container reach the internet? It looks like it’s not able to connect.

It can. When I ping Google I get no packet loss.

Same issue over here. I have my Hassio installed on a rasprberry pi 3 but i am unanble to configure nest on my home assistant. I get the message internal error. I have read that it could be related to my network settings but I did not manage to fix it.

Do you have the same errors in your log that I’m getting?

I ended up switching from Ubuntu Desktop to Ubuntu Server and everything is running as expected.
