Nest Properties persistent

Hi,

Since rebuilding my HA and re-adding my Nest to HA I now seem to have my nest properties (for want of a better term) pinned at the top next to my device tracking. E.g. Heat status, humidity status etc.

Have I missed where to set these to hidden?

With the new Nest component, all sensors display by default. To hide a sensor, follow the instructions HERE

Thanks. I tried:

customize:
# Only the 'entity_id' is required.  All other options are optional.
friendly_name: Nest
  hidden: true

But this has not changed the above.

I have also tried the instructions on this page but adding monitored conditions seems to break my HA:

Reading around it seems that this guide may be out of date?
