Have you restarted HA? you probably did but I’m asking anyway

- Yes. Attempted a few times. Tried adjusting the configuration as well but still the same results.
Did you try to edit it on the server itself?
It happened to me a few times and then I noticed my winSCP couldn’t update the file when I saved it … for some reason… so the changes didn’t upload to the server.
Yeah,I have an SMB file share so it’s editing direct.
Maybe in that mode, it tracks other thing too… I don’t have one so I can’t be so sure, just a guess
