Trying to connect my Nest thermostat but having a world of pain. I’ve got GCP projects galore, I’ve paid me $5, set up a project, generated a client ID etc… but when I navigate through and try to add it (second stage), it was erroring with “something went wrong”.
Left it for a couple of days, came back to it, deleted it all and tried again. Now I get “Can’t link to NestProject. Please contact NestProject if the issue persists”.
What is it with Google and generic, unhelpful error messages. If it gave me a clue, maybe I could figure it out?
