Net metering offset based on time of use

My utility has net metering time of use program where kWhs fed onto the grid during peak hours offset kWhs consumed during peak hours, kWhs fed onto the grid during off-peak offset consumed kWhs during off-peak, and those offsets are not fungible. If you have on- or off-peak hours credited to your account because you fed more onto the grid than you consumed, you get a paltry amount from the utility (currently $0.025 per kWh). I’d love to be able to track those hours and try to zero out without feeding more over than can be avoided. Thanks!
