My utility has net metering time of use program where kWhs fed onto the grid during peak hours offset kWhs consumed during peak hours, kWhs fed onto the grid during off-peak offset consumed kWhs during off-peak, and those offsets are not fungible. If you have on- or off-peak hours credited to your account because you fed more onto the grid than you consumed, you get a paltry amount from the utility (currently $0.025 per kWh). I’d love to be able to track those hours and try to zero out without feeding more over than can be avoided. Thanks!
