I would like to know if it is possibile to connect and use the netatmo rele+valves without using the netatmo thermostat?
If yes how to do it?

Ok, I can answare myself.
I had to configure the rele with the app, and connect it with internet. At the end I’ve added the valves.
After that the rele has been recognized as a homekit device. I’ve added the code printed on that, and all the devices appeared on my HA server.
