What do you mean by “I set up cloud integration”? Can you please share a screenshot?

Is your instance available from the WAN via HTTPS/443?
in the documentation it says that you need either nabu casa or Duck DNS. Reading this, I realized that if you have nabu, you don’t need to do anything else. I misunderstood?!
Yes, if you use Nabu Casa Remote UI you don’t need to do anything else but to configure the external url accordingly in HA. But you still have to use your individual Netatmo dev account for setting up the integration rather than HA Cloud Link. This is crucial.

This was probably the problem! I removed the configuration in YAML which contained client_id and secret_id. Now I have redone the integration in YAML. we will see
