Netatmo Bticino does not move shutter when setting position

Tried to search before posting but without success.
Sometimes for few shutters the integration does not change the shutter position.
It happens randomly. Any suggestion please ?

Please provide more details about the exact device that you have.

ops sorry here we go:

  • HA running on Raspberry Pi4
  • some are the model K4027C
  • some are the model L4027C

all of them are connected to the gateway K4500C

I can control and set the position via Homekit /. Alexa /Google and all of those are working great.
Only HA via NetAtmo integration sometimes it works and sometimes not.
