Netatmo Camera Welcom and Presence are unavailable

Hello My Home assistant on nas synology docker is just update to 0.114 and and the first reboot all netatmo camera are unavailable.
I try a restart nothing I stop docker and launch again nothing
I remove Integration from home assistant and i add it again and now camare are not discovery only weatherstation.

What is change I need do modify something ?

Did you use the cloud link or a Netatmo dev account?

That does not support cameras yet.
Please use a dev account as per the docs.

Could you please give some more inforation? What device are you doing the configuration on? Is you instance exposed to the WAN? Do you use Nabu Casa? Do you use a reverse proxy?

Hello I have Nabu Casa
But i can’t an open port 80 & 443 on my network already use :frowning:
I have ingored an isntallation onf new integration of netatmo because it’s already on my system but now when i try to add it because le last doesn’t work I have this problem
Already configured. Only a single configuration possible.
But no Netatmo on my integration page an no one sensor of netatmo ? What’s happens ?

You have to “stop ignoring” it first. In the integrations panel click the three dots in the top right corner and select “show ignored integrations”. Now you can stop ignoring and add the integration.

If you have a Nabu Casa subscription you don’t need to expose any ports. Netatmo webhook works via Nabu Casa. But in order to use cameras you have to use you dev credentials as described in the documentation instead of HA Cloud Link.

I go to the integration page
I click + add integration Netatmo
I choose Configuration.yaml authentification
and click
A new web page open with this error

Did you set external and internal URLs in the settings under Configuration -> General?

I forgot the ! before netatmo_YOUR_CLIENT_ID and the same for secret
