For people who don’t have netatmo station at home, but their neighbours do (;-)) there should be an option to retrieve weather data available on:
Via providing lat/lon or MAC of the device (MAC can be seen if you click i.e. “Share via email”, in URL)
I’m interested in this as well.
Even if I had a station myself, it’d be cool to realize if it’s raining close to me, since that’ll make it really likely that it’ll rain at my place soon.
Useful feature.
In case anyone was not aware, this feature currently exists in Home-Assistant since 0.77.
Follow the instructions here for using data from public sensors by providing the area in which you want to aggregate sensor data from.
