Netatmo thermostat - problem with Monthly energy savings reports

Hello,
I own a smart Netatmo thermostat. I’ve been using it for several months, but unfortunately, I’m not receiving the monthly energy savings report. The app keeps saying, “You have just installed the Netatmo Thermostat. Check the energy consumption data for the month and familiarize yourself with their development.” Could anyone advise on what to do to make it work? Has anyone encountered this issue? Thanks.
