Netatmo Welcome & Climate not working

Do you mean, to test the beta, or as a custom component.
The first would be a no Go

Well, in this case you have to wait two weeks for your thermostats. But I am pretty sure you wont need that right now. :sunny::sunglasses:

The valves are Not the Problem, but the Camera is.

I thought the netatmo camera API was having issues, but I’m also not getting an image with the latest version of HA, and it’s been like this over over 24 hours now.

Nice to know there is a fix in the works.

Oddly enough my motion sensors are working, so I get alerts when animal/vehicle/etc. is detected, so it’s not completely broken!

I’m not sure if this is the same issue, as with the issue of the topic starter the camera’s and valves were not even visible as an entity in HA.

The issue you are describing I think is that you can see the entity but just not the actual picture/image of the camera. Did you check other images/streams? Specific to Netatmo?

I’m not sure if this is the same issue

Neither am I to be honest, I may have entirely different issue but it certainly sounds like it’s similar.

camera’s and valves were not even visible as an entity in HA.

I do not have any values, but my camera entity is also missing.

However the camera also has some binary_sensors which are present and correct, and fire off alerts when motion is detected.

The issue you are describing I think is that you can see the entity but just not the actual picture/image of the camera. Did you check other images/streams? Specific to Netatmo?

I have other cameras which are working fine, but my netatmo camera entity is missing entirely. I’ll throw in my error log here also, it may help anyone else experiencing netatmo issues:

@HypnoToad This indeed sounds like a different issue. Can you please open a new thread or GitHub issue on that matter? (feel free to tag me there)

Ah OK thanks. For now it seems to have fixed it self after a few reboots while tinking with some other components, so I can’t reproduce it consistently.

If I ever can reproduce it then I’ll do the github issue thing.

The original issue as mentioned in the opening post is now resolved with the latest release.
