Netbox crashes after installation

Hi,

Attached the log file, looks like it’s spinning up the container but then crashes. Any ideas?

What have you done? Has it ever worked?
It this a new install?
From where did you get the addon?

have your read and followed the installation instructions on this?

Set user and password in the add-on options.

This will add a new superuser to netbox after the add-on starts.
The credentials must be removed from the add-on options afterwards, otherwise the addon will not start.

I apologize for not providing more information in the original post.

It worked fine before, but the crash occurred after I uninstalled and reinstalled it.

I did download the add-on from the link you provided and followed the installation instructions, but the problem persists.
