Does Netgear LTE support the LB2120?
I’ve upgraded from an AC757S and changed the IP and password appropriately.
None of the entities are availiable.
I can’t see anything in the logs.

It does, that’s what I am using.
You can try turning on debug logging, for example in configuration.yaml
(don’t just paste the result here, it will contain personal information):
logger:
default: warning
logs:
homeassistant.components.netgear_lte: debug
eternalegypt: debug
Turns out my log files only had old lines in them, both .log and .log.1 .
I renamed those and have found a large block of infromation from the modem.
I’ve also found working duplicate entities with _2 suffixed. Doh!
Turns out it does work!
