HomeKit, WebOS TV and a Sony Receiver is not reachable anymore. The app is still working though.
It seems as if the network is failing but I haven’t changed anything. How can I fix this? Any ideas?

I am on 2025.2.0 using a Core installation on macOS.

Try restarting home assistant.

I had some weird network issue updating from 2025.2.0b10 to 2025.2.0. My Yamaha integration was receiving network packets from my SNMP integration :melting_face:

I rolled back to b10 and it went away. I then updated through all the in between versions but it never happened again. I suspect all I needed to do was restart.

Also check your gateway server and netmask in Settings → System → Network → (your adaptor) → IPv4

Restart didn‘t help.

Weirdly enough that internet based addons still work but local ones don‘t.

How can I set the network to IPv4? I see both ip types.

Click the chevron to expand the ipv4 panel.

Also try updating to 2025.2.1 (just released).

Update didn’t help.

I can’t see any chevron to change ipv4. Am I at the right spot?

I disabled IPv6 on the Mac, so it is now using IPv4, but still the same error. Even a local camera is not showing up in HA, but Netatmo camera works.

Btw. Python updated to 3.13.2 so it might be related.

Ah I see, I guess this is not available on core installations. But I disabled v6 on the Mac.

Hmm. It might be HAOS only. I thought it was a core feature though.
