Network map not showing

Hi

I’m running z2m version 2.8.0 on windows machine.
I fail to see the network map.
When I installed z2m, map worked well, but after few times, it failed. I’ve update several versions since the failure but it didn’t solve the issue.
when pressing the load button, I got the infinity sign running for quite a while (estimation ~2 min) but nothing is loaded.

during the map query phase I get few error messages in the log:

[25/02/2026, 23:13:06] z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'Living room led light'

[25/02/2026, 23:13:33] z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'bedroom large roll curtain'

[25/02/2026, 23:14:29] z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'Garden up switch'

[25/02/2026, 23:14:58] z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'Garden down switch'

I have tried few browser and clearing the cache, but nothing worked.

I have ~25 zigbee devices

Is there some idea to help me? reinstall from scratch?

Did you wait long enough?
What server are you running your Z2M on?

Waited till it timed out, about 2 min
I run it a multiple times over the last few months from multiple devices and multiple browsers

The server is a NUC alike. Beelink Mini S12 Pro Mini PC, Intel 12th Gen Alder Lake- N100(up to 3.4GHz), 16GB DDR4 RAM 500GB PCIe SSD
