Thank you all for the help you have given me, Does anyone have any ideas on how to get Adguard working on a router that does not support a loopback address for DNS?

I was looking at DNSMasq, but do not know much about it. Is there another solution?

Home Assistant running on Raspberry Pi 4
TP/Link Archer AX1800 Wifi 6 router
Pi is exposed to the internet with DuckDNS

Does anyone have any ideas for solutions?

Disable dhcp on your router
Enable dhcp in adguard.

Thanks, How do i enable DHCP in Adguard? I do not see it anywhere in the documentation.
