New device marked as "dead"

Hi there

I just received 4 ZHC5010 Wall Switches. 3 of them works just fine in HA, but the last one doesn’t. I thought it might just be a failed deviced, but I tried to connect my z-stick (the exact same as I use for HA on my Pi) with my laptop and install OpenHab. Here the switch works just as the other 3.
I’ve tried to exclude/include several times and even reset the device - but it’s the same.

How does that make sense?

Well, I have found out that it has something to do with bad connection. The device doesn’t get any neighbors, even though there is one a few meters away. Can I manually add one or more neighbors to the device?

I think ‘heal network’ is supposed to make it map the routes through neighbours.

Yeah I thought so too, but it doesn’t seem to change anything when executing a “heal network”. I can’t see anything in the OZW-log. Anyone knows how long a heal should take? I only have these 4 devices and a Fibaro dimmer in my network.

I just restarted my controller and found this in the log:

It looks like the controller get some responses but not all of them.
Someone with more experience in these logs?

After switching around some of the units and the result was somewhat confusing, I tried to move my z-stick up under the ceiling, which helped a lot. Now all 4 switches are alive and kicking
