New firmware 2.1.17 doesn't install

Today I found a new version of the firmware (2.1.17) available to install.
The problem is that the installation does not start (no system messages).
Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Firmware Update is an entity of a device. What device is trying to update?

Maybe you recognize the logo?
Also. Is there something in the log?

ok, based on your questions I understood that I had to investigate further (device info…). I found out that it refers to meross switches
