New Home Assistant Green - Yellow and Green LEDs blinking a pattern

New Home Assistant Green installation. I followed the recommended procedure of connecting ethernet followed by power.

White LED is on. Yellow and Green are blinking a complex pattern, which would feel like an error message. Pattern does have one green blink, then two yellow blinks, which does appear to repeat, but there appears to be much more to the pattern at times.

Only static on HDMI port. Screen goes black, then static. Repeat.

Unit will power down. Ethernet works.

A search on this has failed to find meaningful results.

HA Green has a sub documentation site that explains the LEDs, yours sounds perfectly normal. I turned off the white and the green and just left the heartbeat going.

Thank you. The video is just what I have.

Happy to help.

Have you tried either:
http://homeassistant:8123/
or
http://IP address of HA:8123/ check your dhcp on your main router or what ever is handing out IP addresses.

Could be how your have the network setup as why your not seeing it

Tried those. HA boots. Specifically.

http //homeassistant.local:8123
http //homeassistant:8123
http //192.168..:8123 - ipv4 shown by HA.

I get a connection rejected from wifi connected browsers and another machine ethernet connected browsers. Android Phone via HA app times out. Browser on phone fails.

I can see device from router with correct ip address 192.168.. and name homeassistant.

I have tried hard reset of Green box via holding power button and connecting power.

Thinking a reset of router may work. I am figuring this is a router issue at this point. Running out of ideas and internet clues. I will start fresh tomorrow, powering everything down and documenting feedback.

I had a mini PC working with HA, while waiting for HA Green. Mini PC had wifi and ethernet. So router was working. This may of confused something. A stretch…

New to HA and home automation.

Thanks for help.

You know that http:// is a unsecured connection that you have to over ride in the browser settings!

Did not.

But HA worked from same multiple same browsers and phone on mini pc installation.
