New house, new router, can't connect to Pi running Hass.io

I had Hass.io running on a Raspberry Pi 4 prior to moving. I had to get a new ISP, new router, and new wifi network name (old one was my old address). I plugged the Pi in directly to my new router (it was plugged directly into the router at the old spot) and CAN access it via Nabu Casa the cloud service on my phone app and computer. But I CAN’T access it via IP/Local IP and/or DuckDNS which I always could at my old spot. I can see the HA local IP via the Fing app but it says “refused to connect” on my PC. If I cancel my cloud subscription I’m worried that I won’t be able to connect. Never had to connect via Nabu Casa cloud on my comp before. What might be the issue?
