New Install/Failed After Update

Hello everyone. I’m new to HA and this community.

I have a new Odroid N2+/64 GB eMMC; installing on a UniFi home network with a static IP.

I was unable to reach the machine on initial installation with HA pre-installed on the card. I then flashed the HA version (10.2) that was available on the Ameridroid web site; this worked until I followed the prompt to update the OS. I’ve since flashed HA v. 13.2 and the originally working v. 10.2 and neither of these will boot.

I can ping the device, but cannot access it via any browser. Clearing cache doesn’t help. I suspect that this is a higher-level network issue because I can ping, but there have been no network changes since 10.2 was running.

I don’t have convenient access to a monitor and keyboard to plug into the Odroid, so any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Steve,

I believe we’ve communicated via email previously. Unfortunately, our team mistakenly used a Kingston 64GB eMMC, which is currently not supported by the latest Home Assistant OS updates.

To resolve this, we’ve shipped you a new 64GB eMMC from another brand that has been tested and confirmed to work. We’ve also pre-flashed it with the latest Home Assistant OS to ensure compatibility.

Hopefully, this will resolve your issue. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.

Best regards,
Brandon
