I agree this would be nice. I have a pole lamp as well. The remote is 2,4ghz, so no chance to use a remote gateway like a broadcom or how they’re called
I did some digging as I have some of these hexagonal bluetooth lights. They appear to be MELK and I’ve deduced some basic codes (e.g. on/off, brightness, mode, speed).
I can control them by sending messages via bluetooth using gatttool on linux, but I’m not a developer or anything, so I’m not sure what to do with this info.
